Viva Potosi!

It feels so alive here. When I first arrived, I didn’t like it. But it was pouring rain, dark, and I wasn’t in a good part of the neighborhood. The center is awesome though! There are beautiful churches everywhere. And I went inside one and didn’t burn. Woo hoo! Children are throwing water balloons at everyone. I guess this is how it starts, their celebration of the car naval.
Wow, this is pretty much the first time I have actually been alone since I got here. I’m on day two. But that surely will end once I go into the mines.
